- Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

- Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
ERP System Management (Zedonk): Oversee the maintenance and management of the company's ERP system, Zedonk, ensuring efficient operation in both B2C and B2B aspects. Manage master data, order fulfillment, preorders, reorders, returns, and our virtual showroom for preorders and reorders. Wholesale Support: Provide essential support to our international sales team by managing ATS, stock counts and providing sell-in packages including, lookbooks, linesheets and pressmaterial. Logistics: Maintain daily communication with our warehouse and manage logistics operations including forecasting, executing inbound and outbound orders, and managing order fulfillment. Coordinate all outbound shipments to our wholesale accounts Coordinate all bulk inbound shipments from our suppliers Wholesale Account Management: Managing onboarding for new accounts Managing order confirmations, providing master data, and delivery booking. Drop-planning through communication with production department and warehouse to ensure timely deliveries Data Monitoring: Track sales, production, and fulfillment, utilizing data from our ERP platform Zedonk and Excel for analytics and reporting.
